Scott Bacheller is the Manager of The Bark Lab and has been working with dogs professionally for just under ten years. His journey into dog training began in the animal rescue world while recovering from a life-changing traumatic brain injury—an experience that shaped both his approach to training and his deep respect for the human–animal bond.

Kira started working with dogs with an enthusiasm for the intersection of science and dog training. Originally trained in biology and biomedical sciences, Kira pivoted her career to dog training after a health crisis led to the need for a service dog, which she owner-trained under the mentorship of an industry-leading service dog specialist.

Matt has an extensive background in business management with a degree in Business Administration from UMass Boston. Matt also brings a lifetime of experience training and working with dogs and has a special soft spot for dogs needing extra behavioral support.
